I had such an experience in which I was detained based on "admiralty law" where the use of my data have been used for fraudulent where I, as a human being I was brought to face a situation unimaginable as a human being wearing that name registered in a society that tracks the number of people, I realized that we are not seen as human beings, we are only number and name that those who have the opportunity can always use this data for their own interests, no matter the human being is "registered" under that name.More in detail, each other it experience took part in the UK, I have only one week vacation, scheduled months ago to go to my country (Romania) to see my family after 10 months, comes finally the big day, with very enthusiastically I go to the airport ,finally reached a distance of 10 minutes from boarding an aircraft, I am stopped by a gentleman officer who asks me if "this is the name and date of birth" recognizing those "notes" the answer was affirmative, Without too many details I am informed that I have to follow him to the police station, where I was taken behind a van with bars, again without details! Arriving at the department that belonged airport,I was taken my goods that I had on me (not much that could fit in a backpack?) I have been stuffed into bags and then he told me that other officers will come to transfer me to another section, I was taken into a cold cell without any explanation! They promised me a tea, which definitely forgotten because they have been very busy! After about 2 hours (instinctively as another way I did not had to achieve the passage of time) two officers from other sections where I had to be transferred made their appearance, they also have announced that I will be transferred to another section without details! Arriving in what was the second place I was shoved into a small room for 30 minutes, again without any explanation, I found it very hard to believe what was happening, I did not understand what and why nobody Do not say anything, nobody knew anything about me, my parents were waiting for me on the other side of the "world" and these officers were not saying what happens, finally are removed and taken to a desk where Mr. Sergeant said finally the reason I was brought to that institution, so I was detained for a so-called fraud of 90,000 pounds, these are all information provided without evidence, without details!Just because, based on that name, which apparently belongs to me, I was put in the cell in two units, treated like a criminal! After providing this information, again things have been sealed, I had one phone call, my samples were collected for DNA, I have been fingerprinted and recorded, certainly in their database, probably as a main suspect for something I do not understand, then taken again in a cold cell! But neither this time I did not know, with all that information, what it is exactly, I could not see anything concrete in that information, I do not know exactly how I spent this time in that cell, but I know that I was taken to talk on the phone with a lawyer, I looked at the clock, so I can have a starting point, I asked for a pen and paper and started counting the seconds for me to calculate the time, I wanted to keep my mind busy to not allow worries and stress to make their appearance, I had to keep calm, to go well in this situation, after an hour long count, I am released, again without explanation, without understanding anything! Are released and informed that in a month will have to go back to the station again, not knowing why!
